Modern Health Limited is just 25 minutes from Central London by car. If you're using a satnav, please use UB5 6LQ. We are located at the corner crossing of Kings Hill Avenue and Rayners Crescent.

If you are coming by train, take the central line to Northolt underground station from where we are 11 minutes away. Bus Nr. 90 towads Feltham (approx. every 10 minutes) takes you directly from Northolt station to outside the practice (stop name: Gurney Road).
